Day 1-3; Week 3

I'm a little behind in tracking my days... and I have to admit that first week of .4 loss was very discouraging. I only worked out 3 times week 2 and now it's almost the end of week 3 and I've only had a few days. BUT I am changing up my workout a bit. Since running with a friend is what seems to motivate me, we have added two days, totally running 4 days a week. Now I just need to get back to paying attention to what I eat because I have been eating crap (not literally, but almost literally) for the past week!!!

Saturday we went garage sale'ing with a group of friends and ended up walking for 4 HOURS! I also had a photo shoot Saturday afternoon and was doing squats for an hour taking pictures.... so between those two, Saturday evening and Sunday I was SUPER sore, so I gotta count that for something. I'm not sure if the soreness was from walking or the squatting, but I just know my quads are burnin'. That is being logged as my Day 2 of Week 3 (no HRM readout)

This morning MONDAY was an added running day (we are running tomorrow again). It's so hard for me to wake up on Monday after two days of sleeping in. Well not really since we were at our friends house on Saturday at 7am, but usually it is. It felt REALLY nice to get out and run this morning and I got to see baby ducks! I have been wanting to see the babies (geese & ducks - both cute) for a while and knew they should be coming out soon, so that was a morning highlight. Anyway sore legs and all, we ran :-)
