Well I made it to the start of week 4 in this four week goal I have set... sad news is, I weighed myself yesterday and I was the same was when I began... so I didn't really get anyway. Maybe it's my body adjusting to working out again. Who knows, I just plan to keep up my running pattern because it makes me feel good, and hopefully I'll fit back into my pants eventually :-)
