Another wonderful morning run! Although my legs are feeling the two days in a row and will probably be thanking me tomorrow for taking a break. So I did step on the scale yesterday and I am actually over what I was when I started this little '4 week goal' so maybe if I can eat good all week, I"ll make up for the bad eating I did the past 1 and a half... I hope at least. It should help adding two days of running on.
I love getting up and running because it starts my day off great and I"m out side breathing fresh air. I also got to see baby ducks again today! It's also nice because days like yesterday, it was 'nice' out (not super nice, but when you're hot and sweaty from running it feels nice) at 6:00 in the morning... whereas the rest of the day was rather chilly. I wouldn't have got to experience that nice morning without getting up and running :-)
