Day 3 (5): Week 2

So today was actually suppose to be day 5 but I was a slacker all weekend and skipped my friday and monday workout. :-(

Oh well, at least I got back at it today... we ran around Calhoun again, it's so much easier getting motivated running with a buddy!!
