Day2; Week 1

This morning was my 5K run. I woke up and picked up my friend Sally and we headed to Lake Calhoun. We ran the WHOLE thing, woo hoo! It was so nice getting out early, I didn't have to dodge people on the trail and there were SO many worms out! It had rained over night, but we had a clear morning. It started raining as soon as I dropped Sally off, it was like God was watching over us :-)

I am SUPER sore now, and probably will be even more sore tomorrow. But if I can get through tomorrow's workout I'll have two days off to recover! Sore = good, I know something is working with my muscles!
