I forgot to post day 3 so I'll just do 3 and 4 together. Like I mentioned in my first post, my goal is 5 times a week for four weeks. I'm almost finished with my first week and I'm rather excited to weigh-in on Wednesday!!!
I also mentioned my workout scheduling being Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri with Sat & Sun off. Well Friday I was super busy, had lunch with a friend that was visiting (woo hoo!) and then had a nice dinner with my husband that doesn't always happen. We pulled out the camping chairs and had a glass of wine on the front patio while playing phase 10, yeah I whooped his butt at the game, like always. :-)
Anyway the point I'm getting at is, I didn't work out Friday, but I did workout first thing Saturday morning and since I basically just switched a day off to work out to make up for a day, I think that is fair. I did my video again. By the way, this is the video I'm doing:
It's kick butt, just like all of Jillian Michael's videos, I love her workouts!!

I am actually very proud of myself for getting up at 5:30 this morning. I have a meeting with my Mentor Coordinator (for Next Gen) after work, then I have a Gallery committee meeting after that. I KNEW I was not going to want to work out at 9:00 tonight when I got home, so that left me no other choice but to get up this morning. And I am glad I did. Because tomorrow is my last day before the week starts over and there were no more days left for me to make this one up if I didn't do it. YiPeE I didn't break the cycle yet. And I hope I don't! Hey it's 4 weeks, I can do it!
