Wednesday's have been rather interesting lately. There is a provider at my work that has added a day, which happens to be Wednesday. I used to always just work a half day, which worked perfectly for my routine of going home about noon, letting Harpo out a few times, heading downtown to pick up Kyle, then driving BACK to Maple Grove (where I work) to volunteer at our church's Next Gen mentor program (we mentor high school students) Well since that provider added Wednesday I have had to work a few full day Wednesdays. Last week it was no biggie cuz Next Gen was canceled. Well this week, it wasn't. So instead of trying to rush home (20 minutes from Maple Grove) at 4:30-5:00 then figuring out how to go get Kyle and get back to MG by 6:15, I just decided to stay in MG, Kyle would run by the house to let out Harpo and feed him, then drive himself to MG. So that is the back story to what I'm trying to get at. I knew I would have some down time from my last patient at 4:00 til 6:15, so I was ambitious and packed some running clothes. I researched a path around the my work sidewalks and found a 3.0 mile loop to jog. I just got back. about the last .5 mile stretch I randomly got a blood nose, which was weird. I didn't want to get my shirt all bloody so I just tried to suck it back as good as I could, lol. I managed to only get a few dots on my shirt, which I've already rinsed with cold water, so hopefully it comes out :-)
