New Goal! I know I have the goal of running the 5K on May 23rd, but that is already going to happen. My current goal is to lose 5 pounds in four weeks. Completely do-able, I just have to do it! I have put on over ten pounds since my wedding 1 year ago (this weekend) and it's time to nip it in the bud, once and for all. My pants are getting tight and I refuse to put on shorts again until I know they will fit. So I have laid out a four week plan and I will start counting calories again, well I have starting today.
Mondays: Video workout
Tuesdays: Run
Wednesdays: Video workout
Thursdays: Run
Fridays: Video workout
That gives me the weekends off, but since it's nice outside I hope to be doing at least something active on the weekends.
I bought this Jillian Michael's video a few months ago, January I think. I did take the plastic off the cover, but I had not even popped it in the DVD player until today. I did it this morning and it was FANTASTIC! Just want I needed, I had been running, but not really maintaining my muscle's so I hope this mixture can really give my metabolism the boost it needs.
