
I'm so embarrassed to admit that yes, I have been quite the couch potato lately. Well maybe not the couch, but a computer chair potato.
My workout motivation has fallen off the wagon, and it needs to get back up again. A year or so ago I did this program: Couch to 5K. And I'm thinking of doing it again just for some sort of direction.
I have an annual 5K that I do every year (well I walked the first year I did it two years ago - but it's becoming annual), which is on May 23rd this year. I have exactly 11 weeks to prepare for it, and the last time I ran was... oh a month ago. I probably don't have to do EVERY step of the couch to 5K program... but I need to be consistent with my running and get outside and get er done!!!!
Having a goal helps, it gives me a good feeling.
