I didn't get my weekly run in on Saturday, but I did just now go for a run! It was a little harder since it's been over a week, I could tell harpo was a little worn out about mid-run as well.
April is quickly approaching and this once-a-week-run is just not going to cut it! I need to step it up a notch and actually get out at least 3 times a week, that is my goal!
It was SUCH a beautiful day out today, 70 degrees!!!
Today's run went like this:
.25 walk - warm up
1.07 jog
.25 walk
1.07 jog
.125 walk
.695 jog
.25 walk - cool down
Do those numbers add up? Who knows, LOL

Max HR: 198
Avg HR: 170
Wow I really burned it this time
