New Routine

Harpo and I went for a run this evening. Despite the fact that as soon as I walked out of work I thought "gesh it's a little colder than it was this weekend... too cold for a run"... but luckily I was able to talk myself into it (and with a little text motivation from my hubby). So I got home, changed into running clothes and out the door I went, with music in my ears this time! I didn't run the same track, so I'm not sure if I did any better, but I did run over to a friends and back so I had a nice little mid-break-chat.

I kind of liked running knowing that I wasn't missing out on Kyle time. Since he had class tonight it seemed like the perfect time. So I think I might designate that as our running time (harpo and I that is) Monday and Thursday evenings, then once on the weekend. 3 times a week is good enough... right?

AND since I ran, that makes my girl scout cookie eating feel less guilty :-)
