I missed logging two workout days. Last Saturday, Nov 13th, Kyle and I went for a swim. We had to wait a while for a lane to open up and when one did we ended up just sharing... so there was a littler longer wait time between laps than what is ideal.
We did the same routine again, although it was a 50 warm up

This week has been pretty busy, but Tuesday night I was able to do day 2 of my two day workout. I don't have the layout with me, but it's just day two of this workout.

I really like this workout because it has me doing 5 minutes of cardio between each set/circuit. Day 2 I ended up doing the treadmill for each of the 5 - five minutes at a speed of 6.0 It's a long workout which stinks if I'm cramped for time, but well worth it. And since it's a full body workout it's like I'm getting two days in for the price of one. And this week it's just what I needed since Monday night I had book club and didn't get home til 10pm and Wednesday I had mentor site director shift and didn't get home til 9:30! I gotta get these workouts end before next week when I'll be stuffing my belly at turkey dinner :-P
