I'm gonna be sore

It's been a while since I've really worked out... yeah I've ran, but I've been a slacker when it comes to strength training.  My endurance has been shot lately... and I finally noticed it the other day when I ran up the stairs at work and actually felt a little winded. This was a shock since it's been forever since I was that tired after only one flight of stairs. It was my wake up call that I need to jump back on the workout horse AGAIN!

SOOOO to get myself back in the groove I am devoting a month to the 30 day shred!


I did this a while ago and since I already have the workout DVD thought I might as well do it again. And it's pretty easy - well it's 20 minutes. It's hard work, but easy time so I can't make excuses since it's only TWENTY MINUTES!

My goal is to do it 4 times a week for 4 weeks... that's only 16 times! I can do it, I can do it!

One down, 15 to go :-) And I could feel it today! While getting ready for dinner then later taking a shower my arms were shaking and they were hard to lift. It's a good thing, I need my muscle back, my pants were getting a little snug and my arms were getting a little jiggly.
