I FINALLY worked out again today! (and Tuesday) I had become quite the slacker over the past month. I hope to get one or two runs in per week and a few days of lifting weights. It's crazy how it doesn't take long to get out of shape. I'm back to 5 and 8 lbs when i was at 10 and 15.... ug it's like starting from the beginning. but I don't think it'll take as long to get my strength back, just endurance.
I am also getting oh so close to getting that pull up goal accomplished! If I can keep at it I'm sure I'll be able to in one or two weeks! I've never in my life been able to do a pull up.
