Even better

This time I got Kyle to run with us :-) My time was 20:00 another 1:30 shaved off!! Boy it wore me out, there were dogs out on the path tonight so of course everyone of them Harpo saw or ran by he went nuts pulling on me this way and that. I can tell he's worn out, we had a little push at the end, I timed my good song perfectly so it would play the last stretch and I pushed myself harder almost to a sprint for the last 3 or 4 minutes. Alright I need to rest now
