Tuesday Kyle and I got up and ran what we thought was a 3 mile route leaving from our house... turned out it was like 2.8 or something. Anyway we fixed that and Thursday ran the 3.2 miles. I was hoping to run faster than normal, just to get a good run in. We are doing the 10K on Saturday so I didn't want to wear myself out too much.

Wow, I actually thought I was running faster the second run, but my average is lower... OH WAIT I know why. At one point on Thursday I looked down and my HRM read a heart rate of 44.. which wasn't correct, that would be an explanation of having a low average. I don't get this thing sometimes!
