Running

I haven't logged my HRM info in a while so I thought I'd catch up. I noticed today my battery is low, which showed in today's readout because it was VERY inaccurate! But the past few days seem on target.

So Kyle and I are running in a blubber run next weekend, which is my temporary motivation to get up in the morning :-) While running with Sally we're stuck around 35/36 minutes. My goal for next Saturday's 5K is 32 minutes. That's shaving 1 minute of of each mile... we'll see. :-P Hopefully Harpo can pull me along.
